Say goodbye to random acts of marketing.
With your finger on the pulse of your business, you can start engaging with people in a way that shows them that you are listening.

Reactive Marketing?
Think you can't 'hear' the conversations people are having with your website?
Think again.
Perhaps you've tried Facebook Ads, Google Ads, organic social media and nothing is working so you pivot [again!] and try something or, let's face it, someone new. Meanwhile you're losing money, time, clients and motivation.
But it keeps changing and everyone is saying to focus on [**insert the next shiny new thing here**] but you're still not getting traction...and money doesn't grow on trees.
What would actually help you is this:
For someone to slow it down, be in your corner as your virtual hand holder and unscramble the mess. Streamline all that noise into three things:
- what is working for you
- how you will tell if it is
- what you will do when you get the answer
Tech may change, but people don't. Nor does behaviour. Knowing this means getting to know your business and your customers.
That's your superpower.
People matter. It's time to listen.
Hey there! I'm Fiona
A wee bit about me.
Lot's of people say I'm nice (I once stopped in a swimming race to smile and wave at a teacher) ~ and actually I kinda am, but I'm also one of the most driven and determined nice people you'll meet!
My love of all things technical started about 10 years ago when I got curious about how you make a website. Back then I thought you built a website and people just came to it. If only, right?
And so the quest began, to find out HOW to get people to find your business and it's fair to say, over 10 years, lots of websites built, strategies developed, courses planned and platforms too numerous to mention, for businesses all around the world, I've now got a pretty fair idea how to do just that!
You can't improve what you don't measure.
Plan
Fail to plan, plan to fail. Overused quote? Yes.
True though? Also yes.
No more random acts of marketing. Transform your website into something you take ownership of and a place to connect with people.
Shine the light on the relevant parts of your website so you have access to the answers that are important to your business.
Implement
A plan with purpose needs precision implementation to take action with results that are clear, simple and actionable.
A solid foundation ensures the right information is available for reporting in a way that is designed to look easy, reveal insights and, hopefully getting you asking more questions.
It's a bit like white space. Knowing what you are looking for makes it so much easier to see what's important.
Review
Random acts of marketing are a response to uncertainty and not knowing what to do next.
Week to week, or maybe even day to day is about as far ahead as you have planned and although you want a strategy, time isn't on your side.
Forecasting 3, 6 or 12 months out means growth. It means getting to know your business and, it means you are listening to what your online clients are saying.
