Reactive Marketing?

No, thanks.

If you think you can't 'hear' what people are saying online, think again.

You've tried Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Social Media and it's 'not working' — so you pivot and try something [or someone] new meanwhile losing money, time, clients and confidence. But it keeps changing and everyone is saying to focus on the next thing, then the next thing and the next but you're still not getting traction. What you want is for someone to tell you how all your efforts are moving people towards a sale, or what is working and - what is not!

Tech may change, but people don't. Nor does behavior. Knowing this means getting to know your business and your customers.

That's your superpower.

People matter. It's time to listen.

Hey there! I'm Fiona

A wee bit about me. I am passionate [I have about 5 things that would be the 'only' thing I would take to a desert island with me including peanut butter, prawns, rocky road... this week], strong willed about some things [family, dog, values] and I once stopped in a swimming race to smile and wave at a teacher. I'm the most friendly competitive person you'll meet!

When I'm not adoring my dog, Harry, and shovelling spoons of peanut butter into a smoothie, I'm usually working or learning.

I'm a natural leader and good and guiding people. I call myself a behind the scenes girl.  Getting business owners confident in planning their next digital marketing steps is  #winning for me.

PS: Also, I'm a bit 'no-fluff'. Like, not fussed if you do or don't have pineapple on pizza. If you don't want it there, take it off. Don't sweat the small stuff!

You can't improve what you don't measure.

The Mission: Measure Your Marketing so you know what works, what doesn't and what to change. It's been too long since you could make sense of all your marketing results in one place. Now? You can.

Plan

Fail to plan, plan to fail. Overused quote? Yes.

True though? Also yes.

No more random acts of marketing. Transform your website into something you take ownership of and a place to connect with people.

All roads lead to home [or the home page!] and those people you always wanted to help in your mission statement? It's time to check in with them to make sure you're on the same page.

Shine the light on the relevant parts of your website so you have access to the answers that are important to your business.

Implement

A plan with purpose needs precision implementation to take action with results that are clear, simple and actionable.

A solid foundation ensures the right information is available for reporting in a way that is designed to look easy, reveal insights and, hopefully getting you asking more questions.

It's a bit like white space. Knowing what you are looking for makes it so much easier to see what's important.

Review

Random acts of marketing are a symptom of mediocre results or misaligned expectations. No-ones fault [we have to start somewhere and, I AM familiar!]

Month to month [or week to week] is about a far ahead as we get in forecasting and it is not for lack of want.

Forecasting 3, 6 or 12 months out means growth. It means getting to know your business and, it means you are listening to what your online clients are saying.

That's why we review.

Technology changes. People and behaviors don't.
